You Don’t Have To Do This Alone
Hope, Compassion, and
Judgment-Free Support Begins Here
Guided by respect, dignity, and the belief that recovery is possible for everyone, we walk alongside individuals and families affected by substance use. We offer evidence-based support, reduce shame, and honor all pathways to recovery.
This crisis affects individuals, families, and communities alike, and no one should have to face it alone. Responding together with urgency and purpose, saves lives, restores hope, and strengthens the places we call home.

What We Do
Recovery Support
Through personalized support and a strong community network, we help individuals take practical steps toward lasting freedom and a renewed purpose.
All-Recovery Meetings
All-recovery meetings provide a safe space for everyone. Individuals who have experience with substance use disorder, family members, loved ones, and allies are all welcome in our meetings.
Free HIV/Hepatitis C Testing
We provide HIV and Hepatitis C testing in our office or at your location. We will also provide resources and connections to treatment for those who test positive.
Certified Peer Support Specialist Training
Our training program is certified by the state of South Carolina. We hold several trainings annually to meet the training requirements to become a Certified Peer Support Specialist in South Carolina.
Free Harm Reduction Supplies
We provide free harm reduction supplies to help reduce the risks associated with substance use and to meet individuals where they are with care and dignity. By offering these resources at no cost, we aim to protect health, prevent overdose, and create a safe point of connection that can open the door to support, recovery, and hope.
Community Education
Through open conversations and accessible resources, we empower families, neighbors, and local organizations to respond with understanding, compassion, and informed support.
Mobile Outreach
We provide mobile outreach within the community to meet individuals where they are, removing barriers to support and care. Through our outreach efforts, we deliver essential resources, education, and compassionate connection directly to those in need, building trust and offering pathways to safety, recovery, and ongoing support.
You Choose Your Direction,
We Support All Pathways.
We are dedicated to promoting recovery by recognizing substance use disorder as a chronic, treatable health condition rather than a moral failing. Through compassionate support, education, harm reduction, and advocacy, we empower individuals, families, and communities to heal and move forward. We work to remove shame and stigma, honor all pathways to recovery, and strengthen the health, hope, and well-being of the communities we serve.
